Royal Yachts operates from several marinas in Cancun. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send the exact assigned marina and arrival instructions for your yacht.

In some cases, a different marina within the Nichupté Lagoon can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional service charge. It must be requested and confirmed in advance.

No. The dock or port fee is charged per person and the applicable amount is shown on each yacht card. It is collected as part of the boarding process.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time so you can meet the Concierge, complete boarding arrangements and start on time.

When the yacht has multiple departures scheduled, your charter time begins at the contracted start time even if your group arrives late. If there is only one departure scheduled, a grace period of up to 15 minutes may apply. Going to the wrong marina does not extend the reserved time.

More than 31 days before the charter: 80% refund. From 30 to 16 days: 50% refund. Fifteen days or less: no refund. No-shows are non-refundable. If Royal Yachts Cancun cancels the service, you may choose a 100% refund or rescheduling.

Weather cancellation applies when the Port Authority officially closes navigation for the vessel category. If navigation remains open, the service operates as scheduled and weather conditions alone do not qualify for a refund. Safety and the captain’s instructions always take priority.

First we reconfirm availability for your date. The standard deposit is $4,000 MXN on applicable options and your booking is confirmed once payment has been identified.

The remaining balance must be settled before boarding. Advance payments can be coordinated by bank transfer and card payments may be available with an 8% surcharge; for the balance at boarding, follow your booking confirmation, which normally requires cash payment.

No. Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included. Around 10% of the total charter price is suggested as a gesture of appreciation for the service.

Yes, as long as the yacht does not have another booking afterward. The price depends on the yacht and the additional time requested. We recommend arranging extra hours in advance.

Yes, within permitted routes. The final destination depends on charter duration, departure marina, weather, local restrictions and the captain’s operational judgment. Any relevant route change will be communicated to you.

It depends on the yacht and what you plan to bring. Royal Yachts can also coordinate catering, snacks, decor, cakes and other VIP services. Please confirm before departure.

Every yacht has an authorized capacity. Some yachts allow additional guests for a fee and others do not. Each yacht card shows the capacity and, when applicable, the extra-guest price.

Royal Yachts is not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but we will gladly assist with the search and recovery whenever possible.

The client is responsible for damage caused by the client or members of their group. Please care for the vessel and follow crew instructions at all times.
